Agape Wellness Collective is in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) status.

At this time, donations cannot be guaranteed to be tax-deductible.

However, according to the IRS, once our application is approved, our tax-exempt status will be retroactive to the date of incorporation: October 10, 2024.

This means that we anticipate that donations made now may become retroactively tax-deductible after we receive our official approval letter.
We are maintaining meticulous records of all contributions and will keep our donors, and this site, updated on the status of our application.
